— Terms of Service —

By commissioning me, you confirm you have read, and fully agreed to those terms.

I hold all copyrights to the artworks I produce.
You may not claim the artwork as your own work, as well as editing or heavily altering it, and/or tracing over it or use it for AI training, and so on that may infringe copyrights.

Work process

You may primarily contact me through [email protected] to address your order of commission work. Contact through X (formerly Twitter) is also possible but not preferred. After receiving your order, discussing details and confirming the final price, an invoice will be sent. After the payment is received, you will receive a rough colored draft. At this state, small changes (such as character pose, facial expression…) and alterations can be made to the artwork, until you approve of it. Heavy changes (like redrawing the draft partially or entirely) will be subject to additional fees.
Note that after approving of the draft, no alterations will be able to be made to the artwork.Completion of an artwork may take some time depending on its complexity (between a week, up to a month or more). The client can ask for any kind of update or progress shots at any point during realisation. After completion, you will be sent the full resolution artwork via email and/or via a Google Drive download link.

Payment

Full payment of the commission work is done through a PayPal invoice in EUR (€), before the start of the commission work itself.
